DEKA FIT Ultra is the ultimate endurance version of the DEKA fitness race—designed to push both physical and mental limits. It consists of completing five full DEKA FIT races back-to-back, totaling 25km of running and 50 functional fitness zones. Athletes repeat the standard 10-zone workout circuit five times in a row, with minimal rest, making it a true test of strength, endurance, and consistency.
